WHAT IS THE MAEVEN SIGNATURE BOX AND HOW DOES IT DIFFER FROM OTHER SUBSCRIPTION COMPANIES?

For the first month, everyone receives our exclusive Maeven Signature Box, with everything you need to celebrate your engagement and your wedding day. The Signature Box features our custom stemless champagne flute set and Maeven planner, along with other amazing bridal items.

WHAT ARE THE SUBSCRIPTION OPTIONS?

Maeven boxes are available as a month-to-month subscription or in prepaid subscriptions up to 10 months. All subscriptions begin with our Maeven Signature Box and align with the monthly progression of boxes in the second month. The maximum number of boxes Maeven currently offers is ten and are shipped on a rotating basis. If at any time you would like to extend your subscription, please visit our Contact/Help page and let us know so we can ensure you don't receive duplicate items.

WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION CANCEL AUTOMATICALLY AT THE END OF THE LAST SHIPMENT?

Yes, all pre-paid subscriptions will automatically cancel at the end of your last scheduled shipment. All month-to-month subscriptions will automatically cancel after ten box shipments.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING AND BILLING DATES?

For subscription purchases, your first box will ship from our facility within 1-4 business days.

Your second and all subsequent boxes will ship by the 10th of the following months. For orders placed between the 1st and the 18th of the month, your first box (Signature Box) will be billed at time of order and will ship out within 1-4 business days. Rebilling will occur on the 28th of that month for your second box, which will ship by the 10th of that upcoming month. [Example: If you order on January 15th, your second billing would occur on January 28th, with second box shipping by February 10th].

For orders placed between the 19th and the 31st of the month, your first box (Signature Box) ships out within 1-4 business days. Your next rebilling will be the 28th of the following month, with the second box shipping by the 10th following billing. [Example: If you order on January 25th, your second billing would occur on February 28th, with second box shipping by March 10th].

WHEN WILL MY ONE-TIME GIFT BOX PURCHASE ARRIVE?

All one-time purchase gift boxes ship out within 1-4 business days.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT SUBSCRIPTIONS?

Yes, Maeven boxes are the ultimate gift for the bride in your life. We offer gift subscriptions in increments of up to 10-month subscriptions and each will include a Maeven greeting card with a personal message from the buyer (please enter your message in the text box provided during checkout). All orders start with the Maeven Signature Box and receive the monthly boxes starting with the second month. Maeven boxes are perfect for engagement, bridal shower or bachelorette gifts...or just because!

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A GIFT SUBSCRIPTION ENDS?

All gift subscriptions are paid for at checkout, no additional charges apply and cancellation will not be required.

DO YOU HAVE MRS./MRS. BOXES?

Yes, of course! We offer Mrs./Mrs. boxes, just select this option from the drop-down box when you add the subscription to your cart.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY PAYMENT OR SHIPPING INFORMATION?

To make any changes to your subscription, including shipping address or credit card information, please visit our Contact/Help page (link in the footer) and fill out the appropriate form.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

If you would like to cancel your month-to-month membership, you must do so by the end of the 26th of the month, as billing occurs early on the 28th of each month. Otherwise, you will continue to be billed for the following month’s box. If you cancel after your renewal, you will still receive the box you paid for and your subscription will be canceled after that point. To cancel your month-to-month membership, please visit our Contact Page. There is never a cancellation fee of any kind.

**Prepaid subscriptions will not auto-renew and will automatically be cancelled after the last scheduled box shipment.

WHERE DO WE SHIP?

We currently offer shipping of all products to the USA.

MY BOX HASN'T ARRIVED YET, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your tracking number shows that your box was delivered but you cannot find it, the first thing you should do is call FedEx or your local Post Office (depending on shipping method). The large majority of the time they are able to locate it. We are happy to help however we can, but please note that we are not responsible for unclaimed, lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT POLICY? WHAT ABOUT BROKEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS?

One-time purchase gift boxes and individual items are returnable within 30 days for a full refund minus return shipping label cost.  Items must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging. Apparel may be exchanged for an alternate size at no cost. 


Maeven subscription boxes are final sale and non-refundable. If any part of your Maeven experience isn't perfect, we will make it right! If for any reason one of your items arrives damaged, please contact us soon after receiving your box so that we can replace it right away. We may request photos of the damaged item for our quality control review for future boxes.

DO MAEVEN BRIDAL BOXES ARRIVE IN A BRANDED BOX?

Yes, all of our boxes are shipped in a branded mailer that says "Maeven Bridal Box" on the outside.
